Sales/Business Development Manager

Job role:

Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. To coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor customers' preferences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and overseeing growth strategies and new marketing initiatives

  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and attracting new ones.

  • Increasing client base

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

  • Writing business proposals

  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

  • Following industry trends locally and internationally

  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

  • Taking a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they meet

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience

  • High-level communication skills
