- The position is responsible for managing and creating original, innovative, and engaging content to fulfill business goals.
- As a Social Media Specialist, you are responsible for handling our social media presence to ensure high levels of traffic and customer engagement; engage influencers; manage our community.
- Responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
- Creative content development and strategy/story-telling techniques.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns to draw actionable insights.
- Community management and customer service skills.
