Customer Services Representative

Job Role:

Interact with customers to provide basic information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. Handle and resolve general complaints. Help with the installation, sales, repair, and technical support of products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries

  • Communicating with customers through various channels

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Ability to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers

  • Check to ensure that that made appropriate changes to resolve customers' problems.

  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records or issue service discontinuance orders

  • Recommend improvements in products or services methods and procedures to prevent future problems

Job Requirements:

  • Customer and personal service

  • Minimum 2 years of experience 

  • Customer relationship management CRM software

  • Active listening, patient, and Intuition

  • Service orientation

  • Critical thinking

  • Social perceptiveness

  • Analyzing data or information

  • Making decisions and solving problems

  • Speak English and Arabic

  • Can use Excel and Word
